FAQs
FAQ
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. Because many items are made on demand, production and shipping may take a little longer than mass retail — and that’s by design. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Most items are Final Sale. However, products from our Daily Uniform and Activewear categories may be exchanged one time for a different size, color, or item of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; outbound shipping of your replacement item will be covered by FUTURE-HOMME.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Will items ship together?
Not always. Each piece is produced and shipped directly from our production partners. This means:
-
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
-
You’ll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.
-
Even similar products (Ex., two different t-shirts) may come from different facilities.
This approach helps us reduce waste and ship directly from the source — ensuring your items reach you as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the horizon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
What sizes do you offer?
Most clothing is available in XS to 3XL. Size charts are included on each product page. If you’re unsure about fit, please reach out and we’ll be glad to help.
How is FUTURE-HOMME sustainable?
We create in limited quantities, using made-on-demand manufacturing and incorporating recycled materials whenever possible. This process means fewer returns, less waste, and products made with intention rather than excess.
In a world shaped by excess, we prefer a quieter approach. Rooted in consideration, consistency, and care. Good things earn their place. Responsibility means selecting with intention and living with what lasts.
Care practiced quietly.
Thoughtful made-to-order skincare and scent practices designed to restore, not overstimulate.
Rituals that ground us.
Quiet scent rituals designed to ground space, soften time, and support daily reflection.
Comfort understood.
Familiar ease. Thoughtful construction. Designed to live in.
These principles shape not just what we create but how it’s produced.
At Future-Homme, sustainability begins with how things are made — not how loudly they’re marketed. We work exclusively with partners who prioritize made-to-order production, reduced waste, and cleaner materials. From apparel and skincare to home rituals, each product is created only when chosen, designed to last, and built to leave less behind.
