Returns and Exchange Policy

At FUTURE-HOMME, every piece is created with intention and produced specifically for you. To support our sustainable, made-on-demand model, we offer a streamlined approach to returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Categories

To maintain hygiene standards and the integrity of our limited-edition production, the following categories are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • +Skin (Grooming): For health and safety, all hair and skincare products (including the Keratin Intensive Rescue Mask) are final sale.
  • +Home (Candles): Due to the fragile nature and weight of these items, all candles and home fragrance products are final sale.
  • POD Graphics & Limited Drops: Any item designated as a seasonal capsule or limited-edition artistic collaboration.

Exchange-Eligible Categories

We want your uniform to fit perfectly. We offer Exchanges Only (no refunds) for the following categories:

  • Lounge: Our core T-shirts, Hoodie, Sweatpants and Shorts

  • Voyager & Narcissus Sets: All architectural sets and Barrel pants.

  • Activewear: Performance-based silhouettes.

  • Accessories: This includes Hats, provided they are returned in unworn or unused condition. 

The Exchange Process: You may request a one-time exchange for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping to our fulfillment center; FUTURE-HOMME will cover the outbound shipping of your new replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

In accordance with New York State law, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was described (e.g., a shattered candle or incorrect graphic scale), we will provide a direct replacement at no cost to you. Please contact support@future-homme.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of arrival.
