Return & Exchange Policy

At FUTURE-HOMME, every piece is created with intention and care. While most items are considered Final Sale, we recognize that flexibility is important to us and for our customers. 

Final Sale Categories

The following categories are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn Yesterday 

  • Artwear Capsules 

  • Uniform Additions 

  • +Skin

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchase. 

Exchange-Eligible Categories

We offer exchanges only (no refunds) for products purchased from the following categories: 

  • Daily Uniform 

  • Activewear

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in these categories, you may request a one-time exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; outbound shipping of the replacement item will be covered by FUTURE-HOMME.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In accordance with the implied warranty of merchantability under New York State law, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was described (Ex., incorrect design or material), we will provide you with a replacement. 

Conditions for Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags. 

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
  • This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements.
