At FUTURE-HOMME, every piece is created with intention and produced on-demand. To support our sustainable production model, we offer a streamlined approach to returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Categories

The following categories are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • +Skin & Home: For hygiene and safety, all grooming products (Masks) and candles are final sale.

  • Graphic Apparel: All items featuring printed or embroidered graphics (Artwear/Special Editions).

  • Worn/Washed Items: Any item showing signs of wear or laundered care.

Exchange-Eligible Categories

We offer Exchanges Only (no refunds) for the following core categories to ensure your perfect fit:

  • Lounge & Everyday Wear: Essential blanks and pinstripe sets.
  • Activewear & Protect: Performance silhouettes and technical gear.
  • Accessories: Hats are eligible for exchange, provided they are returned in their original, un-crushed shipping box.

The Exchange Process: You may request a one-time exchange for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; FUTURE-HOMME will cover the shipping of your replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In accordance with New York State law, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from described, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Please contact support@future-homme.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of arrival.

Conditions for Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
